Many fans will have an added interest in Super Bowl XLIV Sunday between the New Orleans Saints and the Indianapolis Colts. They’ll be rooting for their ”boxes.”
In the most common variation of the pool, each box holder is assigned a number between 0-9 for each team. If the number in the box matches the last digit in the score at the end of each quarter, that box holder wins. Here’s how the first 40 Super Bowls have paid out:

Many New Englanders will indeed have an added interest in Super Bowl XLII Sunday between the Patriots and the Giants. They’ll be rooting for their ”boxes.”

There’s a lot of hype going on about Halo 3 for the Xbox 360, and I, for one, will not be be a sucker. I don’t own an Xbox 360 and I certainly don’t plan on buying the console because of this game. I own a “regular” Xbox and I was unimpressed with Halo 1 and Halo 2. Especially with the annoying Halo 2 texture bug.
I found Halo 1 to be average with noticeable, lazy developer, “copy and paste” moments for the level design. Ho hum…
I never bought Halo 2 because of the bug and it just didn’t wow me. Zzzzz…
Now that Halo 3 is coming out, Microsoft is going nuts releasing 3 different versions of the game! There’s the simple Halo 3, Halo 3 Limited Edition, and the colossal Halo 3 Legendary Edition.
And people are actually buying the legendary version of Halo 3. There’s no way I’m spending $129 on a single game that includes a helmet!
Microsoft has even re-skinned their console into the Xbox 360 Halo 3 Special Edition. I have to admit, that green console looks cool
I was considering getting the console until I learned one strikingly surprising fact… Get ready, it’s a shocker…
It DOES NOT include the game Halo 3! Do you believe that? Isn’t that confusing? I can imagine many people missing that one little line that says “Halo 3 game is NOT included”. Considering the green version is $50 more expensive than the regular white version, you’d expect it to include the game. Boo Microsoft!

I finally got a Nintendo Wii and I’ve been having lots of fun playing it. The game that comes with the console is called Wii Sports and it has this one mode where you go through a fitness trial. Fitness isn’t exactly up my alley but since I like to explore anything and everything related to games, I decided to give it a shot. Especially since this isn’t exactly a true workout.
After testing your abilities in 3 sports, they show you the results which consists of a little graph and your “Wii Fitness Age”. At first they tricked me and flashed the age of 41 up on the screen, but then played a little “Wah wah wah wahhhhhh” music and changed it to the actual score of 29.
29???
I’m 28! Wrong Nintendo!
